This covers the details you send us through the trial application form on this site. It's written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

9 Crew Sales is the sales and intelligence arm of Marinode AI. For anything in this notice, write to hashim@marinode-ai.com.

What we collect, and only when you send it

• Your name, role and company
• Your work email and WhatsApp number
• Who you want to reach, and where
• Which page you came from, and any campaign tag in the link

We don't ask for payment details, identity documents, or anything about individuals other than yourself.

Why we have it

To decide whether the trial suits your business, to reply to you either way, and, if you go ahead, to run and report on the twenty calls. That's the whole purpose. We don't sell your details, we don't share them with advertisers, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Into our own CRM, on our own server. The only outside services involved are the ones that carry a message between us: our mail provider, and WhatsApp if we reply to you on the number you gave us.

This site also counts visits using Umami, which we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. It records that a page was opened, roughly where from, and whether the form was started or sent. Never who you are.

How long we keep it

Two years from your last contact with us, then we delete it. If you apply and we say no, we delete it within ninety days unless you ask us to keep you on file.

What you can ask us to do

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you. One line is enough, no reason needed

Calling

When we make calls on your behalf, we follow applicable telemarketing, consent and do-not-contact rules, and the prospect list is agreed with you before anyone is dialled.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we'll change the date at the top and, where it affects you directly, tell you.
